I think the hotel still has the best hardware in town but you could find better service elsewhere. They seldom smile and when they do you can tell it's not genuine at all. We found that the staff at the hotel were generally less friendly and helpful than before. It was better than nothing but I had expected better response during our stay. Eventually they waived one night worth of upgrade charge from our bill. Third morning it was the same and I raised this issue again at check out and was referred to the manager. Complained again but the reception just didn't seem to care much saying it's renovation from two floors below and there's not much they could do. It was again noisy on the second morning. The reception lady said she would investigate and get back to us but she never did. We raised this issue with the front desk on the first morning. The major issue we had was the construction/ renovation noise we experienced in the room every morning from 9am. The pools at Encore are much smaller and although you can use those at the Wynn it's quite a hike to get from one to another. Unlike at Wynn, with the package you can't choose to have the breakfast at a restaurant downstairs. It came with in room breakfast but quality was just ok. The separate checkin area, lobby and taxi line were great. Booked a tower suite room and upgraded to a Parlor Suite at check in for around $150 additional per night. The trip this past week was with our kids - and it's the ideal property given the party scene is subdued and the casino usually pretty quiet compared to even the sister property, Wynn. We're already booked to come back in September. Nearly every restaurant is absolute perfection (except Allegro in my opinion). The shows (Showstoppers and Le Reve) are amazing, especially Le Reve. But other than that, this is the best property in Vegas. I do admit, the opposite view is unappealing. IF THAT VIEW IS GOING TO BE THE BASIS FOR A BAD REVIEW, OR SOMEHOW IMPACT YOUR OPINION, REQUEST A VIEW OF THE STRIP. You have to know that half of the rooms face the strip - and it's an amazing view - and the other half - other side of the hall - face the opposite direction - and it's not an appealing view. The ideal combination of luxury, amenities and culture (shows and restaurants). Be sure to book tickets for the Encore Theatre to catch a range of world-class performances and entertainers.Okay - we have stayed at this property before and will again next month. Being so close to Wynn Las Vegas means you can try out the amenities and indulgences of this other famous property, including a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as extra swimming pool options. Take a dip in the heated pools and enjoy food service, a bar and personal cabanas. Or, you can soak up the sun at Encore Beach Club while listening to DJs and absorb the party atmosphere around the three-tiered pools. The hotel has a spa and salon, perfect to unwind with a pampering session. XS gleams gold and showcases the opulence of one of the world’s most expensive clubs, while Casa Playa provides live music. The city comes alive at night and this is evident at Encore, with fantastic night spots to enjoy after starting with a drink at Eastside Lounge. Set in the heart of The Strip, you will love the proximity to some of Las Vegas' most famous shows, attractions and entertainment, including Awakening, a unique 360-degree theatre experience in which a heroine and her fellow traveller seek to restore love and beauty to the world, located at sister resort, Wynn Las Vegas. The hotel has an intimate experience, with naturally lit corridors and timeless décor. Encore Las Vegas offers large suites, four signature restaurants and access to an additional 15 restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas, two nightclubs and a spa.
